Because I generally work from my home office, I have quite an advantage with respect to cooking - it&#039;s relatively easy to cut up and prepare the ingredients for dinner in the morning and then let the dish cook slowly for hours (stock, bean soups, stews, etc.). [I&#039;m not that comfortable with the idea of a crockpot cooking along when no one is home, but will cheerfully use them while I&#039;m at home.]

This luxury of cooking time means that we know what ingredients we&#039;re eating, and I think it&#039;s improved our health. We&#039;re certainly mindful of the food choices we make.</description>
