		<description>Enjoyed reading your 5 tips for eating local. I&#039;m all for it and have been trying. Did a lot of freezing of my garden produce which we&#039;re enjoying now. As you say, eating local in WI is not a new concept. Our WI forebearers have been doing it for a couple of centuries already. Maybe sauerkraut will make a come-back.  http://ow.ly/1anhv</description>
